領養者必須年滿21歲，如未滿21歲須由家長陪伴及同意下才可申請領養。

須先接受家訪及領養後保持聯絡，並提供生活照片以便跟進狗隻近況。倘若遇上問題，請通知義工及容許我們提供協助。

領養者必須帶同狗隻到認可的獸醫診所作健康檢查、防疫注射，及生病時診治疾病，並於狗隻5個月大時進行絕育手術，領養者須負擔相關之醫療費用。

承諾妥善照顧狗隻直至終老，不論任何理由也不會將牠遺棄

以愛心、耐性及獎勵方式教導狗隻。

請尊重生命，不要以動物作為禮物送給別人

一般狗隻的壽命平均超過10年以上，領養前請三思，是否有足夠能力及時間去照顧牠們直至終老。

領養者須繳付領養犬隻防疫針注射之費用
- Adopters must be at least 21 years of age, if not, he/she should be accompanied by and have the consent of their parents and other family members.

A home visit is required prior to adoption. And he/she should keep in contact with our volunteers and provide livelihood pictures for us to ascertain the well-being of the dog. Please keep us informed if problems arise and allow us to assist.

Adopter should bring the dog to a qualified veterinary clinic for body check-up, vaccination and proper medical treatment in case of sickness. To Arrange desex operation when the dog reach 5 months old. The adopter should be responsible for the expenses incurred.

Promise to take good care of the dog until the end of his/her life. Do not abandon them for whatever reason.

Train the dog with positive reinforcement, love and patience. Using reward instead of punishment.

Please respect lives. Do not give a puppy as a gift.

Be aware that a dog's life lasts for at least 10 years. Please think twice whether you can really afford the time and money to take care of the dog for the rest of his/her life.

Adopters will be asked to pay for the cost of vaccine.
